- An emailing list of all FOLL members will be created, after they have been given an opportunity to opt out. This will be an "undisclosed list", so that the emails are not visible to all recipients. There will not be a directory. Sue will draft a letter for approval. A Request for email will be added to the membership application.
- Only the moderator will be able to post to the FOLL website. Steve LaBash will be the alternate administrator.
